1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the eNavi platform operated by Minerva Solar Investments SRL (“Company”, “we”, “us”) with registered office at Calea Lugojului 48/B, Mezanin, Birou 2, Cod postal 307200, Ghiroda, Timis, Romania (CUI 45955830). By requesting a demo, entering a trial, or signing a subscription you agree to these terms.

2. Services

The eNavi platform offers production forecasting, sales optimization, and OPCOM trading tools for hydro and photovoltaic producers. Specific service levels, onboarding deliverables, and pricing are defined in the commercial agreement or order form you execute with us.

3. Access & Use

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for securing credentials issued to your organization.
• Access is limited to authorized personnel of your organization for internal business purposes.
• You may not reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

4. Data & Confidentiality

We treat your operational data, forecasts, and trading strategies as confidential information. Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information using the same care it applies to its own.

5. Liability

The platform provides recommendations based on algorithms and the data you supply. You remain responsible for trading decisions and approvals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions will be settled by the competent courts in Timis, Romania.
